Personal Training

The training will take place where you want it to take place: inside a gym, outdoors, at yours or over an online connection.

Usually with clients training at home, we will be working with a balance board (excellent to improve core strength) and a TRX sling. If you have more work out gear, all the better. Calisthenics are of course great to exercise at home as well.

Your session can also take place outdoors, for example in a park. You tell me what your goal is and we’ll find the perfect approach for you together.
